By popular demand of North County residents, Bruce and Suki decided to open up a Sushi Kokku restaurant in Paso Robles. Sushi Kokku Paso Robles located on the corner of First and Spring opened up its doors in 2006 and quickly became known to offer some of the best sushi Paso Robles had to offer. To this day, Sushi Kokku Paso Robles offers standard Japanese dishes sush as miso soup, edamame, gyoza, six choices of nigiri, and 12 standard rolls at a reasonable price.
